Danny the champion of the world by Roald Dahl


Synopsis-
Danny lives with his father in an old caravan and Danny's father owns and runs a garage they both thrive for somthing a little more exciting in life. When Danny comes up with the idea to sabotage a wealthy tycoons pidgeon compitition, Danny's father is first to help him.
Review- 
I enjoyed this book all the way through because it was eye catching and it had a good story.

Charlie and the great glass elaevator by Roald Dahl

Synopsis-

' We've gone into orbit!' cried Mr.Wonka.

Charlie has won Willy Wonka's chocolate factory and is now on his way with his family to receive it. He, his parents and four grandparents plus Mr. Wonka himself, are travelling by Mr.Wonka's great glass elevator!

However, not all is going according to plan for the elevator has flown to far upwards and out of the Earth's orbit and into space. To add to things,the Choclate maker and his friends are not the only ones in space. There is a very large outer space hotel in orbit with them.

Review-

Roald Dahl's great method of storytelling is amazingly popular among children and adults alike. This is a phenomanel example as to why..
